T&H Lemont announces that it has hired industry veteran Terry Steigmeier to oversee its sales and marketing department. In this new role, Steigmeier is responsible for all of the company’s sales and marketing activities—new business development, building customer relationships, and sales growth.
A graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Steigmeier’s first role in the metal fabrication industry was as a sales engineer for roll forming equipment for Yoder, overseeing projects from concept to sale. Other roles throughout his career include sales and marketing positions for welding-related products and services. His most recent role was sales manager at TEKFAB, a manufacturer of roll forming machines and related equipment.
