T&H Lemont to exhibit at METALCON®

Have you met the old new kid on the block? It’s T&H Lemont’s dual-plate roll former, model  DP-6. Built for reliability and simplicity, its uncomplicated design makes the operator’s life a breeze. It mounts three tooling sets and has more than enough power to run three profiles at once. The maximum capacity is 0.052-inch-thick mild steel. 

A plate design built on a welded tubular base, it uses hardened roll shafts, heavy-duty roller bearings, hardened entry side guides, and a heavy-duty straightener for longevity. It has little in the way of adjustments for simplicity. The operator just has to keep the material coming and the machine does the rest. Material variations? No problem. The upper shafts have spring-loaded pillow blocks to handle slight changes in material thickness or hardness.
