T&H Lemont ships two custom mills

T&H Lemont recently shipped a pair of tube mills, model WU11-13, to a longstanding East Coast tube producer. The order also included spare rafted stands and tooling sets. With the addition of this pair of mills, the customer has a total of five T&H Lemont mills.

T&H Lemont’s model WU11-13 mill is a complete TIG system that can make nonferrous tube in diameters from 0.150 to 0.750 inch and wall thicknesses from 0.010 to 0.050 inch. 

This specific order reflects the versatility in how T&H Lemont designs and builds its products. While T&H Lemont usually ships entire production lines, in this particular case, the mill was built to accommodate customer-supplied components for entry, welding, and cutoff. Furthermore, while the model number indicates 13 forming stands, this mill includes a 14th gearbox for future expansion.
