T&H Lemont Shipped an API Pipe Mill

T&H Lemont delivered a Model WU45M/35-12 High Frequency Pipe Mill to a major foreign API Producer. The customer chose T&H Lemont based on Engineering Capabilities, Manufacturing and Commissioning Expertise. The customer relied on T&H Lemont to supply the mill and all auxiliary components required for tube production. This process minimized the time from mill installation and commissioning to full production. The mill included a Thermatool Welder, Seam Annealer and a full body annealing system. The mill shipped at the end of 2017. The Pipe size range of the WU45M/35-12 Mill is from 1.000” O.D. to 3.500” OD round Pipe with wall thickness ranging from 0.060” to 0.250”, and capable of forming Hi-Strength Materials  meeting the required API Pipe specifications.
