T&H Lemont ships heavy-duty mill entry guide table

T&H Lemont announces that it has shipped a heavy-duty mill entry guide table to a premier tube manufacturer in the southeastern U.S. Designed and built by T&H Lemont, the new entry guide table replaces the OEM’s unit, which was badly worn and no longer controlled the infeed as tightly and precisely as necessary for predictable, stable production.

Built for a mill that produces carbon steel products, it makes tube from ½-in. to 2½-in. OD in wall thicknesses from 0.065 to 0.148 in.

The customer had replaced an OEM stand with an upgraded unit built by T&H Lemont some time ago and, based on the success of that project, contacted T&H Lemont for this upgrade also.
